Ralph V. Estep, Jr.

Licensed Public Accountant

Ralph V. Estep, Jr. is a Delaware-based Licensed Public Accountant (LPA), author, rancher, and media host with more than 30 years of experience in finance, taxation, and small-business leadership. As the founder of Saggio Accounting+PLUS and the creator of the Ask Ralph Media network, Ralph helps entrepreneurs, creators, and everyday families replace money confusion with clarity, confidence, and practical next steps — without shame and without hype.

Ralph's work blends deep professional expertise with a coach's mindset and a communicator's heart. He has held leadership roles across public accounting, financial institutions, law firms, and technology organizations, bringing a rare combination of traditional accounting rigor and modern systems thinking to the people he serves. A graduate of the University of Delaware and Wilmington University (MBA), he is known for turning complex money topics into simple, repeatable frameworks that help people make wiser decisions and build lasting financial stability.

He is the host of Becoming Financially Confident, a live weekday show built on a single conviction: most money stress is not a character problem but a systems problem, and shame is what keeps people from fixing it. The show grew out of Financially Confident Christian, which Ralph hosted for more than 1,200 episodes across eight seasons and earned national recognition. The new show offers the same host and the same feed, opened up to a wider audience.

Through Ask Ralph Media, Ralph hosts several other programs. Grit and Growth Business spotlights real stories of obstacles, resilience, and growth — the hard-won lessons behind meaningful success. The Content Creator's Accountant focuses on financial clarity and tax strategy for creators, helping them move from creator money chaos to confident, informed decisions. Truth Unveiled with Ralph is his weekly faith and culture program. Across every platform, he is recognized for an approach that is calm, direct, and systems-driven, anchored in the belief that the right structure and a few consistent habits will solve more money problems than willpower ever has.

Beyond accounting and media, Ralph is the author of three books — Mastering Your Finances, Gospel of Entrepreneurship, and How to Become a Financially Confident Christian — and he brings a grounded, real-world perspective to his work as the operator of Estep Farm LLC, raising Black Angus cattle. He lives in Delaware with his wife, Jennifer. He is the father of two sons and a grandfather, and he balances family life, entrepreneurship, and content creation while mentoring business owners and creators who want to build something steady, impactful, and aligned with their values.

Whether he is coaching a business owner, advising a creator, or talking with a listener who feels overwhelmed by money, Ralph's message is consistent: clarity beats confusion, nobody is past helping, and the next right step is always within reach.

Juliet Chuang

Co-Host

Juliet Chuang is an entrepreneur who studied business at Boston University and previously worked as a product manager in tech. Now, she is building a career around curiosity and conversation. Her non-linear path ultimately brought her to Becoming Financially Confident, where she explores both the practical decisions and bigger questions that shape how we think about and navigate money.

Juliet also brings the perspective of someone raised by immigrant parents to the money conversation. She believes open, honest conversations are how we learn, form our own values, and improve our financial literacy. On the show, she asks the questions she and the audience may be wondering, helping make financial knowledge easier for everyone to understand and use.

Outside the show, Juliet is also building a media and cultural brand exploring Chinese culture through language, travel, and everyday life.
